"Brampton's current city leadership has failed totally," said a guest on the show while reflecting on the issues of safety and violence Brampton. He said that it has been four years since Mayor Linda Jeffrey was elected and that if one looks at the reports, rates of violence, crime, and murder have all increased during the present mayor’s time. "No one needs to discuss the mayor’s performance, the reports are before the community," said the guest. The host of the show also talked about the "politics of populism" in celebrating different community months. The guest agreed with the host and urged the City to engage youth, create jobs, and make the city safe to live in. "Celebrating heritage months will not benefit the community. If we do not elect the right mayor, we will have to wait another four years."
