Leadership Transition
After over three decades of pioneering multilingual international research and ethnic media services, MIREMS announces that founder Andrés Machalski will transition from President to Innovation Director while remaining Chairman of the Board, focusing on innovation initiatives. This strategic shift capitalizes on our foundation of delivering excellence on target, on time, and on budget.
New Leadership Structure (Effective January 1, 2025)
• Blythe Irwin - Executive and Business Development Director
• Julia Wan - Finance and Administration Director
• Andrés Machalski - Innovation Director and Board Chairman
• Oksana Lysenko - Communications Manager
• Emily Guccione - Senior Editor
• Utsa Rabbani - Tech Support Manager and AI Team Leader
The transition period will extend from January 1 to March 31, 2025, managing the succession to Silke Reichrath's distinguished decade-long service as Editor-in-Chief, marked by unwavering dedication.
Global Expansion and Innovation
MIREMS is positioned to expand beyond Canadian borders into European and American markets. Our distinctive approach to multilingual media intelligence, combining human expertise with technological innovation, provides unique value to global clients. This expansion builds on our successful overseas monitoring services, which already form a substantial part of our operations.
Our Commitment to Quality
At the core of MIREMS remains our dedication to transcending language barriers through human-curated content that maintains cultural sensitivity and contextual accuracy, enhanced by technological support, not governed by it.
Looking Forward
In 2025, we plan to:
• Launch new innovative services
